A new type of Business Trend has emerged among the international Banks and Corporates.
A couple of years back, when I opened a student bank account in DBS NUS branch in Singapore, I was given a small digital Authenticator.
Today, when i am trying to add additional layers of security to my Microsoft account, the Site is asking me to download an app that can done from both iTunes and Google store.
This app does more or less the same work that the digital device issued by DBS does.
Notice the trend here....Within a matter of 2 years, the hardware device got fully transformed into an app.
Moreover, if this service is provided in the form of app rather than by a hardware device, frequent advertising for various new products via the app is possible that cannot be done if the service is rendered in the form of a hardware. See how the Business Evolves!!!!.....
